At the pinnacle of this transition we need to evolve an education system which is appealing, flexible and evocative to draw out full potential and arise human sympathies among our youth. Providing quality education and transforming young minds to achieve beyond scholastic competency is our primary responsibility. In this journey of holistic development of our students, we have become facilitators in developing their skills and empowering our students to live effectively while realizing their potential. It is our endeavor to carefully plan a self enrichment schedule for our children which would navigate them into becoming success stories. 

Started in 1986 under the aegis of Chief Khalsa Diwan, Amritsar, Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School, Chandigarh, has pioneered in imparting value oriented quality education of International order and at the same time taught our children to remain gelled to the Sikh value of life so as to blend the spiritual and emotional quotient with their intellectual one and be in sync with all the advancements which is need of the hour. Our philosophy is to give privilege to a child to experience, live, discover and prove himself competent enough to be a champion. This is what our school envisions.
